What is it?
The text to slug converter transforms any title or text into a clean, readable URL optimized for search engine optimization (SEO).
Why use it?
A clean URL is a positive SEO signal for Google and improves user experience. Accents, spaces and special characters in URLs can cause errors and harm rankings.
How does it work?
Enter your text (article title, product name, category name...). The tool automatically removes accents, converts to lowercase and replaces spaces and special characters with hyphens.
Usage tips
- Keep slugs short: 3 to 5 words maximum for an ideal URL
- Include your main keyword in the slug
- Use hyphens (-) as separators, not underscores (_)
- Avoid stop words (the, a, an, of, for...) in slugs
